Hi friends —

We’ve got a special spot in Alpine Meadows that’s been a second home for our family. Now with three kids on three different competitive soccer teams, we just can’t make it up as often as we’d like.

So, we’re opening it up for trusted friends and friends-of-friends.

This isn’t Airbnb — it’s word-of-mouth only. We just want good people to enjoy it when we’re not using it.

Where We Are

This condo is located at the base of Alpine Meadows Ski Resort, which is the sister resort to Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley, host of the 1960 Winter Olympics).

The two mountains are connected by a base-to-base gondola ride (~15 minutes). There are very few condos near the Alpine base, and this is one of the closest private homes you can stay in. Most people drive in and park for the day — staying right here is a major luxury.

Dinner options and activities are excellent just over at the Palisades base: grab a bite at Olympic Village, go ice skating at the Everline Resort, or hit the sledding hill right nearby — mellow enough for littles but big and fast enough for teens and grownups.

Yes, I’m biased. We love this place.
